Who we are
ChadMaxx is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS] ("ChadMaxx", "we"). By creating an account or using chadmaxx.co you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
What ChadMaxx is, and isn't
ChadMaxx provides entertainment-oriented facial-image analysis. An Aura Score is an AI estimate shown as a range with a confidence level. It is not objective truth.
- Scores don't measure your worth, health, identity, intelligence, or character.
- Nothing on ChadMaxx is medical, dental, psychological, orthodontic, or surgical advice. Talk to a qualified professional about any health concern.
- AI outputs, including scores, roasts, and reports, can be wrong, inconsistent, or unfair. Don't rely on them for decisions about your health, appearance, or life.
- We don't support bone smashing, facial trauma, or any dangerous "looksmaxxing" practice, and we remove content that promotes it.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. We check your date of birth when you sign up and don't keep it afterwards. Accounts we believe belong to minors are closed, and their photos are deleted.
You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading someone else's photo, or anyone under 18, is prohibited.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your photos, scans, and profile under our retention policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display them only to run ChadMaxx: scoring your scan, showing results to you, and showing anything you choose to publish. That license ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep for legal or safety reasons described in the Privacy Policy.
Photos and scores are private by default. Nothing appears publicly unless you publish it, and you can unpublish at any time.
Purchases
Ascend, Chad Pass, Aura Boost credits, and store products are sold through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Chad Pass renews automatically until you cancel in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Aura Points earned from regimens have no cash value, can't be bought or sold, and never change your Aura Score.
Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts that break them, and we may report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the authorities.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
ChadMaxx is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes, law, and contact
We'll tell you about material changes to these terms in the app before they take effect, and ask you to accept them again. These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / STATE], except where local consumer law gives you more protection.
