Cancel any time in the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days.
Ascend and Aura Boost credits
Ask within 14 days of purchase. We refund Ascend if you haven't used a paid feature since buying it, and Aura Boost packs for any unused credits. Credits already spent aren't refundable.
Physical products
Return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
How refunds affect your account
A refund or chargeback reverses what you bought: Ascend turns off, and unspent credits are removed. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
