Report infringement
Send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@chadmaxx.co or [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS]. Include:
- your signature (typed is fine) and contact details;
- the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
- the link to the content on ChadMaxx;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act for the owner.
For photos of you that someone else uploaded, use the in-app Report button or email abuse@chadmaxx.co. You don't need a copyright claim for that; it's removed under our rules.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with the same details, identifying the removed content and consenting to jurisdiction. We may restore it after 10 business days unless the claimant files a court action.
